Is agent verification part of the SuperAgent criteria?
Yes, an agent profile must be verified at the time of the SuperAgent calculation which occurs on the first day of every month.
How do you verify your agent account?
Verification can be done by following this guide: Verify your Profile.
How can an agent lose their verification?
An agent will lose their verification status when:
- the required information an agent profile is updated. The profile will go into a review process during which time the agent will have lost their verification status.
- an agent account becomes “unlinked”. This happens when there is conflicting information in their XML feed (ie. two different names or phone numbers under the same email address).
At the time of SuperAgent calculation on the 1st of the month, these two situations will cause the agent to not qualify for SuperAgent status.
Do I also lose my SuperAgent status if my agent account becomes unverified?
Yes but not immediately. You would lose your SuperAgent status at the end of the month when ADA reruns the data to assess whether you should be a SuperAgent. If your agent account remains unverified at this point then you would lose the status. However if you have managed to reverify your account and the rest of the SuperAgent criteria were met you would retain your SuperAgent status for another month.
How long does it take to verify an agent profile?
It takes 1-2 days for Customer Support to review submissions for verification. It will take longer if we receive a high volume of requests and if the submission is made outside of business hours, or public holidays.
