What is the Response Rate Score?
The Response Rate measures an agent's responsiveness to calls, emails and Whatsapp messages.
The score is a percentage-based value, from 0% to 100%, with higher scores indicating better responsiveness.
In order to achieve SuperAgent status on PropertyFinder, an agent must maintain a median response rate score of above 80% over the past 30 days. This response rate criteria must be met continually in order to retain SuperAgent status and take advantage of the associated benefits.
