What if the permit is confirmed as valid, accurate and not a duplicate, but it is still tagged as invalid in PF. What should I do?

All active admin users have the ability to validate individual permits. This validation is prioritised over CX teams ability to validate on a company level, so the quickest way to restore a valid permit that is tagged as invalid is to have an admin user within the brokerage click the re-validation button.
