The key metrics you will be able to track are:
- Overall responsiveness includes all WhatsApp, calls and emails response time
- Verified listings
- Quality Scores
As well as these key metrics we will also highlight if you have received the SuperAgent status for this month.
You will also have access to leads performance broken down to:
- WhatsApp: Total messages, average response rate, total answered messages, total unanswered messages, median response time
- Calls: Total calls, answered calls, and response rate
- Emails: Total emails and open rate
