Can you lose SuperAgent status?

Yes. There are two scenarios where this may happen.

1. At the end of the month if an agent is no longer meeting Ada’s requirements they will lose their SuperAgent status.
2. If a consumer report leads to a listing being removed whilst flagged as a SuperAgent they will lose their SuperAgent status.

SuperAgent status can be earned back after being lost by increasing performance to meet Ada’s criteria.
