Can you lose SuperAgent status?

Yes. There are two scenarios where this may happen.

1. At the end of the month if an agent is no longer meeting Ada’s requirements they will lose their SuperAgent status.
2. If a consumer report results in a listing being removed from our site whilst the listing agent is tagged as a SuperAgent, the SuperAgent status will be lost. 

SuperAgent status can be earned back after being lost by increasing performance to meet Ada’s criteria.
