Why is my Whatsapp performance email showing “No Response” although I responded to most of my leads on whatsapp?

There could be 2 reasons:

1st your Whatsapp Number is not correctly updated in your profile.

2nd your Read Receipt on Whatsapp is OFF.

    Please switch it ON by going to Whatsapp Privacy > Read Receipts - ON
