What is a Property Permit?

A Property Permit number is only required for listings in Dubai published on Property Finder. It is an advertising permit issued by the Dubai Land Department.

There are two types of licenses: a RERA Listing number which is unique and consists of 10 digits, issued for sale or long-term rental properties. And a DTCM permit number is issued for short-term rentals.

If it's a RERA permit, the Automatic Validation option is connected with the Trakheesi system whereby the information is retrieved directly from the RERA server without processing from PF Expert. It instantly checks the validity of the permit and its start and end dates.

You can alternatively choose to insert your unique DTCM permit number per listing for short-term rentals.
