Go to your PF Expert Settings menu and click on the Access Control tab.
Use the drop-down menu to choose a predefined set of permissions: Open, Restricted or Customized access.
The Open access will give your agents more flexibility in their work, sharing resources with their colleagues, such as properties, leads and owners, while keeping some information confidential.
The Restricted access will restrict your agents from viewing anything that is not assigned to them, with limited editing rights to their properties, leads and own profile only.
And the Customized access is when you can pick and choose the rights of each role based on your business model.
You can hover each permission to review what it stands for. For example, permitting your agent to view a partial content of others' leads will hide some lead's information such as the contact details.
