How to match leads to available listings?

Finding your matching leads is now a click away! The new Matching Leads tab now allows you to filter matching leads, shortlist and contact them with ease.

Once you have created a listing on PropSpace, you can search for existing leads whose requirements match the listing's specifications.

Please follow the below step to match leads to your listing, 

1. Select the relevant listing.

2. Navigate to Matching leads tab on the Listing screen to see the matching leads. You can also change the date range to see leads from specific periods and filter by ratings. 

* My Lead section displays the open leads leads that are assigned to you and whose property requirements are met by this listing.

* Company Leads section displays Open leads that are assigned to other Users in your company and whose property requirements are met by this listing. You can only view these leads only if you have appropriate permissions set up at a company level.

* Lead Pool section displays open leads that are in the Lead Pool and whose property requirements are met by this listing.

*The Shortlisted section displays the leads that you have shortlisted from the above three sections

3. You can select the matching leads and email the listing by clicking the Send email option.
