What is Price Finder?

With Price Finder you can easily find the current transaction data as well as prices trends over time, on the go, anywhere you are using the myCRM app.

Here's how to make the most out of the new Price Finder feature:

View Price Trends

Gives you an overview of the average Asking Price and Transaction Price for Rentals & Sales.

Filter data to get precise info

Filter by property type, residential or commercial, rentals or sales, number of beds, or completion status.

View community average stats

For the last 3 months showing average asking price, transaction price, and transaction price per square foot.

View successful deals

Direct from the Transaction tab, including direct data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
