To create a new property, you will need to click on the orange + sign in the Properties section. You will be redirected to the draft property page where you should complete all the required fields (i.e.: property type, size, price, etc.).
Then, you can go to the Media tab to upload photos and also add a video a link. You can upload as many images as possible; only the first ten will appear on Property Finder, and the first image will be the default.
You will need to add a location to your listing. On the location tab, you will need to enter the full location starting by the building name in the Property Location, and this will be visible on the portals. As for the Project Name, Street Name, Street Number and Unit Number, they are private fields and will not be visible on the portals; you will only see them in your PF Expert account. You can also drag and drop the pin on the map to specify the exact place.
The property you are creating can be published to one or more portals depending on which you are connected with. You can then switch on/off the portal(s) of your choice.
And the Notes tab is where you can type some information about the property, and which will only be visible to you and/or other users in PF Expert.
As for the Documents tab, it is used for uploading documents (i.e.: title deed, etc.) and can even simplify your business by submitting the published listing for verification which will be sent automatically to Property Finder.
Once the property is saved and if it is rented or sold, you can create a transaction from the Transactions tab where you can mark the deal as either Won or Lost.
