Creating a new user is done from the Users menu and can be done by users who have the edit access to edit other users' profiles. Click on the orange + sign and complete all the mandatory fields with an asterisk.

The user's Private Profile is only internal in PF Expert and is not public. As for the Public Profile, it is the information that is sent to the portals to which PF Expert is linked and which will be visible to your clients. However, only the Admin can manually edit the user role (Admin, Manager or Agent) and the Public Profile panel.
You can complete the information in one profile and copy them onto the other profile; by clicking on "Use public profile information" or "Use information from Private profile or Company profile."

The Documents tab is where you can upload user-specific documents, such as a copy of the RERA Broker Card, or a passport copy, etc.
Once all mandatory fields are filled, click on the green button to save the user.
