How to use Featured/Premium listings?

What is it for?

Boosting your listing on Property Finder will instantly help you gain more exposure. Based on your subscription, you can select properties to be Standard, Featured or Premium directly from PF Expert and the same will reflect on the Property Finder website.

What are the benefits for me?

1. Gain more exposure by setting your listing to be Featured, and even more with Premium.
2. More exposure means more leads, and so more business and deals.
3. Be more efficient - save time and effort by boosting properties directly from PF Expert.

How does it work?

A PF Expert admin user can boost listings and there are two ways to perform the action; from the main Properties data table or the Property Details page.
By default, listings that you publish on Property Finder will be set as Standard.
The column Listing will show the type of the listing whether it is Standard, Featured, or Premium and the column Title will display the Expiry date.

From the Properties Data table:
Select one listing at a time and click on Boost on Property Finder dropdown. As per your package subscription, select whether you would like this property to be Featured or Premium.

 

From the Property Details page:
Click and open a specific property and its listing status will be displayed on the right-hand side, from which you can upgrade it to Featured/Premium.
