How to set a reminder about all the expiring leases?

For a Property Management company, it is very important to keep track of all the expiring leases. This is to make sure that all the applicable rental increase will be applied and all the pending payments will be settled.

To set a reminder the following process should be followed.

Step 1- Click Admin screen and select Reminders.

Step 2- Click new reminder.

*Reminders allow you to create a targeted series of reminder emails which are triggered by a specific date.

Step 3- For reminder for, select lease end date. The days should be set to 90 days. All the applicable increase will be applied to all the leases within the time frame. Select days and Before lease end date. 

Step 4- Select the recipients for the reminders. You may select all the managers, admin and the assigned agent.

Step 5- Hit the active button. Then click save.
