No more to use your spreadsheets to generate the reports. As a Landlord, they would anytime want to know the income and expense for the unit that has been managed by the management company.
The Account Statement for the Landlord generated, shows a summary of 'money in, money out' by way of asset, income, expense, liability and equity transactions for a period of time, by rental owner.
To achieve this, the mentioned steps can be followed
1. Select the unit, for which you want to generate the account for.
2. On top right of units details, select the option "Generate"
3. Select "Generate Account Statement" from the drop down.
4. A new window appears, where you would need to select the Account Statement for the Landlord, apply filters accordingly, can further filter by the date range and select Next
5. An Account Statement would be generated,
if selected on "Save" the Statement would be saved on the "Documents" section of the Unit.
By "Send Email", the statement of Accounts can directly be emailed to the Landlord.
On selection of "Download", the Account statement would be downloaded on to your computer.
