What is Drip Marketing?

Drip Plans allow you to create a targeted series of emails that send when triggered by a specific date, event, or client’s activity. Our drip plan builder features powerful segmenting, scheduling, and design tools in one easy-to-use package, so you can send emails that inform, reward, and engage your leads and contacts, automatically.

You can target either Leads or Contacts and set your source criteria and add your conditions then set the actin by selecting the emails, sender and when the emails should be sent. Activate and save drip plan.

Automatically the emails will be sent for the leads or the contacts matching your filtration.

 

e.g., You can set up a drip plan targeting buyer leads. When a new lead is recorded, the plan will be triggered for that client.
   - The first email could thank them for the inquiry and introduce the assigned agent.
   - The next email would be sent after a few days if they have had a chance to learn more about the property they had inquired for.
   - After a few days, the client could be emailed success stories and other services offered when working with your business
