Upon creating a new lead and scrolling down in the Opportunity tab, you will see Add a Requirement; this is where you record what this lead is interested in.
From there, you can select one or more locations, with a category, property types, etc.
After adding a Lead Requirement, you will see all matching listings from your inventory and from Propertyfinder (which is entitled MLS).
Moving your mouse over the properties will present options to email, share, shortlist or select.
If you shortlist the property it moves from “Comparable Listings” into “Shortlisted Properties” - in other words, it moves from properties that you could show them, to properties that you want to show them.
From there you can select the properties that you would like to email to your client clicking on the circle and then the email icon.
Also, if you want to edit the requirement later, go to this lead's Properties tab and change the necessary.
