What are my benefits?
By uploading all the documents associated with a resource (lead, owner, etc.), it enables you to keep organised and be more efficient in due time.
Mapping the right type of file with your document will enable you to recognise them faster and also to automate their linking to a transaction.
Indeed, if you have kept your files tidy when you create a transaction with a lead, a property or an owner, you will be able to "Pin" a file to the deal without having to upload it again.
How to use it?
- You can upload an unlimited number of documents in the CRM, however, you are limited to a maximum size of 100MB per document.
- You can add a document by clicking on the upload button or by using the "Drag & Drop" feature.

- Tag your files with the right File Type for ordering purpose, for ease of use while Verifying a listing and while creating a Transaction.

- You can add a reminder for each file you upload, if you have synchronised your calendar with the CRM. For example, you want to remind yourself to call your client to get his new ID. See the related article about Calendar Synchronisation here.

Where to find it:

- Start by Uploading a file by clicking on the related button.

- Add Reminders to your files should you wish to be reminded about something in the future.
- Uploading your Documents in Properties before creating a Transaction is very useful as can't do it later.

- Upload your files, by clicking on the Upload button or by using Drag & Drop.
- Tag your files accordingly.

- Uploading your Documents in Leads before creating a Transaction is very useful as you can't do it later.

In the transaction:
- You can only Upload documents in the Transactions tab.

- In the other tabs, you have to Select the related documents and Pin them to the transaction with the icon below. This is to avoid uploading the documents again and duplicating them.
- If you have correctly tagged the documents, it will then be easy to map them.

In the Owner:
- The functioning is identical to other sections, Upload, Tag, Add Reminders.

In the User Profile:
- The functioning is identical to other sections, Upload, Tag, Add Reminders.
