How do I refer my buyer to Mortgage Finder?

What is it for?

This feature will help you to easily refer your buyers to Mortgage Finder so they can search the whole UAE market and ensure the most appropriate mortgage pre-offer for them and get the best mortgage deal in the country.

How does it work?

First of all, you would need to create the lead in your PF Expert account and shortlist the property(s) they're interested in.

Once you have that lead registered in the system, open the lead page and go to Financials and select Mortgage as a purchase type.

Considering that your buyer does not have a mortgage offer at hand, choose Not pre-approved as the status.

Making the appropriate selection will reveal the red button Get pre-approved where you will send an email to PF [e-mail] from PF Expert, copying yourself and your admin. This email will have your lead's contact details and their shortlisted properties, your company's and your contact details as well. Your buyer will receive a call from Mortgage Finder within 24 hours.
