How do I approve/refuse a pending property?

There are two ways to approve or refuse a pending property sent by a Manager or Agent; from the property page or the property list.

From the property page, hover over the Update button and choose Publish or Refuse. Or, from the property list, select the listing(s) you want to approve or refuse and pick one of the options from the bulk action button.
