It typically takes between 1 and 2 days to us to review a user profile that is pending verification. This time frame can vary, depending on the volume of requests we receive.
Profiles submitted outside of business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm), on public holidays, and those that are not eligible for verification will take longer to be reviewed.
