We recommend performing the following steps if you cannot see the 360/Virtual tour within your listing:
1) Ensure that you have access to the feature
This feature needs to be enabled in your account. If you have other functioning 360 tours, then you can be assured this is already activated. However, if none of your 360 tours are visible, please contract email@example.com to enquire as to whether this feature is currently enabled for you.
2) Ensure the link is from an approved provider
We screen all domain requests to ensure the content meets our requirements. If you are unsure if the domain you are using is on our whitelist, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
3) Ensure the link is in the correct format
All links should be hosted over the more secure https platform - any links that begin with http will not be displayed
4) Ensure that the link hasnt been used on any other listings
We limit the use of each URL to one listing per category (ie. the same URL can be used for both sale and rent once). Be sure to check the link hasnt been used on another listing, or doesnt contain public content that may have already been used by another subscriber.
