Due to the market property price change, will I be able to adjust the price further than 10%?

There is no set % calculation for price increases since pricing is based on fixed price brackets. E.g. if the listing is priced at 99k p/a it falls into a bracket of 80k-100k. So if the price increases by 2k it will move into a higher bracket and therefore require additional credits.
