Premium and Featured can either be purchased as 15 day and 1-month durations.
By default, upgrades are set to auto-renew on expiry and at that point, the same number of credits will be deducted from your wallet. If there are insufficient credits to fund the auto-renewal, the system will attempt to publish the listing as Standard. If there are insufficient credits to publish as Standard, the listing will come offline.
An upgrade can be applied to one listing.
If an upgraded listing is unpublished, you are able to recover the remaining days left on the upgrade when it is republished. For example, if you unpublish a Premium 15 day on day 5 of the campaign and republish 5 days later, the listing will be republished as Premium until it expires in 5 days time.
- In the scenario when you publish as Standard and upgrade within 72 hours, the original number of credits used to publish the Standard listing will be discounted from the price. This is also the case when you upgrade to a higher listing type or longer duration within 72 hours (e.g. Featured to Premium, Featured 15 days to 1 month). The original number of credits used to publish the upgrade will be discounted from the price.
