What is a Trakheesi Permit?

Trakheesi permits are mandatory for all RERA registered companies in order for them to advertise anywhere online. 10 digit listing permits are issued for each property and these must be included within each listing on our site in order to ensure they remain online.

If a permit is incorrect, is not linked to the correct trade license or expires, the RERA Invalid/RERA Expired tag will appear beside a listing and it will be automatically taken offline.

  

Users with admin rights can re-validate the permit for each listing by clicking the "re-validate" button found within the actions section of each property.
