What are the image guidelines?

The image guidelines are used to help Agents and Brokers create quality listings to increase the Ads conversion rate.

Follow these simple guidelines for the best results:

1. Do not copy images from Google.

2. Do not use copyrighted images or those of other brokerages as this may result in the listing being removed from our site.

3. Take high resolution photos with good lighting.

4. Do not post photos that are dark.

5. Use wide angles to make each room look as large as possible.

6. Do not post photos of a toilet with the seat up.

7. Sort the photos in a logical manner and tie them to your description.

8. Minimize your watermark and make sure it is as transparent as possible.

9. Do not post duplicate images

10. For privacy issues, avoid using photos with people in them.
