Listings can be offline for the following reasons:
1- Your listing may need to be resynced. You can contact support@propertyfinder.ae for further assistance.
2- You may have insufficient credits to republish the listing. Click here to find out more information about PF Flex Credits.
3- Your listing may be under review. You can refer to the under review guide for further assistance.
4- Your listing may be offline due to having an expired/invalid Trakheesi permit. You can refer to the Trakheesi permit guide for further assistance.
5 - Your listing may be outdated.
The system automatically identifies listings that have not been updated for a long period of time and considers the probability of them still being available as low, hence they are automatically go offline.
Residential sales listings that have not been updated for the last 120 days will automatically go offline-outdated.
Residential rental listings that have not been updated for the last 75 days will automatically go offline-outdated.
Commercial listings that have not been updated for the last 210 days will automatically go offline-outdated.
