What type of listings cannot be verified?

We limit the verification of listings to all area's of Dubai and the freehold areas of Abu Dhabi.

There are some listings that are not eligible for verification such as:

- Off-plan properties

- Plots of land

- Short-term rentals

- Business centers

- Labour camps

- Single owned buildings listed by brokers(unless the agreement between owner and brokerage is exclusive)

- Developer stock listed by brokers (unless the agreement between developer and brokerage is exclusive)

- Listings submitted by Developers or companies advertising their own properties

With the exception of single owned buildings or developer stock submitted by brokerages, all listings matching the criteria above will be able to obtain a 100% quality score without the need for verification.
