Where do I find the propertyfinder sales/leasing form?

In your Manager account, go to PROPERTIES section, go to the QUALITY SCORE column and hover over the listing you want to download the form for.

Click on 'Submit documents for verification', then at the bottom of the page you will see the 'Download' option, where you can download the sales/leasing form.
