Why can't I add a Premium or Featured listing?

You may have used up all of your package. To check, go to the PROPERTIES section on the Manager and at the top left section of the page you'll have a summary of your package and what has been used. Also only users with Admin role can promote a standard listing to Premium or Featured Listing.
