How to verify your listings?

To verify your property, log into your Manager and go to the properties tab hover over the chosen listing’s quality score Click "Submit documents for verification” Start uploading the required documents, these are:

For Dubai:

1) Form A

2) Title Deed

3) A copy of the homeowner's passport

For Abu Dhabi:

1) Title Deed or the Sales Purchase Agreement

2) A copy of the homeowner's passport

3) Property Advertising Agreement (from Property Finder)

Please note that for Abu Dhabi, only properties in freehold areas are eligible for verification. To find out more, or if you have any questions, please contact us.

Please also note that if the owner's passport doesn't have a signature, we will require an additional official document showing it.

The "Pending Verification" note will appear under that listing. Click here to find out how long it takes for your pending listings to be reviewed.
